This is KVRU’s second summer working with Seattle Youth Employment Program interns. They are learning audio engineering skills and doing outreach in the community.
Intern Kayla Ross has learned how to use GarageBand audio recording software with KVRU’s media library tools. She is also learning interviewing skills. Kayla has collected community PSAs at Rainier Arts Center’s Porch Festival and Othello Park’s Othello Market Place gatherings.
